We had an exceptional experience with Valarie Kerby as our agent. We were relocating to Texas and she was able to work with both my husband (who was already in Texas) and myself (who remained in Illinois until our house sold). Her thorough knowledge of The Metroplex was invaluable to us as newcomers. She insured the things we were looking for in a town or neighborhood would be met. She showed my husband numerous houses and was ON IT regarding every inquiry we threw at her. I know she was working with other clients at the time but you always felt like you were her only one. The home inspector she recommended was extremely thorough. His report led us away from a home we had put a contract on. Valarie’s position is that she wants her clients to be happy now and more importantly 10 years down the road. With all of the craziness of packing up our old home, Valarie sent me reminders of things that needed to be done and kept me on tract (which I desperately needed). She sent me a list of the utility companies I should contact for service and even reminded me to confirm my water service to make sure it was turned on when we arrived. She reminds you of all the little things that turn into big things when they are not addressed. I cannot make enough positive comments about Valarie. I appreciated all of her extensive knowledge, hand holding, enthusiasm, high energy and a good laugh when you need it! Awesome real estate agent. Would use her again in a heartbeat!!
